i started knapping daily about a year ago, but started playing around with it about 4 years ago. I've always loved rocks, fossils, and looking for artifacts. this hobby is so fun and addictive, it helps me to relax,and offers exercise when gathering chert. i have 2 daughters and a beautiful wife who hated my hobby until i convinced her i could make money by selling some flint. it,s not made me rich but at least she doesn't yell any more.
